i have 3 open tickets dating back to january ..i am starting to give up , one of my tickets they said would be replied to within 48 hours ..that was 2 weeks ago now

It has to happen with one of my biggest order on GA so far... wouldn't care much if it was an ipod shuffle..

My guess (hope) is that gifts will start rolling out over the next fews and people will be happy for a while. How long that lasts is another question, it would be good to see GA back on track properly.

It would appear that you only get some kind of response if you dare to suggest that giveaway are/have gone bust or have cash flow problems but the members cant be blamed for thinking this.

GA started sending gifts out weekly or fortnightly but from what I've seen here, gifts only seem to arrive a few days after the tradedoubler payment should have cleared. Put 2 and 2 together and it suggests problems.

Someone on GA is able to reply to tickets, someone on GA is able to put someone on hold (who has that authority?), someone from GA seemed to have time to amend the t&c regarding custom offers.

If tab is not available, Maybe someone from GA should be using their brain and realising that their members are worried and that they should join exceem just to make that one post that would put peoples minds at rest a little.

But.................feck all
