Vc bet 'no offer completed'

My VC Bet offer on GA Tiffany has just changed back to no offer completed. I know this has happened to a few people, but this has happened AFTER I sent a screenshot of my account as requested!

Now understanding why GA aren't most peoples' favourite network atm!

in fairness to ga i think its a problem with vc bet and is across all networks as kudos were having problems too

I know others have had similar, but then been asked for screenshots, but this happened AFTER I sent the screenshots. Pretty frustrating.

I have an order processing at the moment but one of my VC refs has gone back from green to no offer completed. To get it completed in the first place i had to send a screenshot for my ref!

I checked with Lisa and she said its fine sending support tickets for a ref from your pc as long as they signed up and completed the offer on another pc, which they did.

Does this mean my order wont get processed now? Very frustrating

Just checked and same problem here!

VC bet that was green after a trader sent a ticket has just gone back to no offer completed as well as two pendings from friends who I know completed the offer correctly but I have not had a chance to ask them to send tickets yet.

This has happened to me and a few others about three weeks ago, VC Bets offer going no offer completed after being green.

I had two green as above and had done 1 offer for someone else all these on trades, must say after the worry and ticket sending all three went back to green again.

Hope that they won't turn to no offer completed the second time.

This is not a fault on GAs side, it's because of VC the offers are being revoked. As I understand it, VC have decided that the minimum amount needed to deposit is not 5 pounds, it's 20 pounds. this means that although the offers may have been credited and completed correctly, VC are still revoking them.

I'm sure Tab & team are looking into the matter, and will get things sorted for you.

before people go revoking offers done via trades etc please use the trade support forum first, i may be able to sort something out for you.

As far as I understand, the people who completed the offer correctly need only to send a ticket with proof, screenies etc... and hopefully the offer will revert back to green after a few days.

This is what happened on three occasions in trades that I was involved in.

Just had a reply to my ticket from Lisa. The ref that did VC Bet has been put back to green. Lisa said they will be "We will be looking into why VC Bets withdrew this completion status".

Glad thats sorted.

Tell me about it. I didn't realise, but I went back to no offer completed on a trade and they think I'm a scammer. I've sent ticket with screenshot etc, but no joy regarding response to ticket yet... I can feel negative feedback coming on....
