![]() | Problem... how to get it sorted.I now have 10 greens on my PS3. Problem is that my mother-in-law opened an account without my referrer id and then opened another one with it and completed an offer. My brother-in-law did exactly the same thing. Now i understand and respect the rules on multiple accounts at the same address, but neither of them have collected any referrals and only completed an offer on the accont linked to me, they really aren't interested and can't really be bothered putting the work in.. They have both been upfront about it and sent in support tickets explaining the situation. What are the chances that GA will do the common sense thing and not put their accounts on hold? After all they did complete an offer and GA would have got their commission. I sent in a ticket and got a reply from Lisa telling me that I should get 2 more referrals before I bothered to verify as there is no way that those accounts would not go on hold. Seems a bit unfair as it was an honest mistake that has been owned up to. Anyone had a problem like this that has turned out OK? |

![]() ![]() ![]() | These two referrals will go on hold as they have broken the terms and conditions - these are there for a reason so I don't see how GA putting them on Hold in "unfair". The only thing you could try to do is to ask them each to send in a ticket for Lisa to delete the other account they created (ones not linked to yours) and pray that they'll agree -they may not but it's worth a shot. |

Common sense should be used, especially as GA will already have received their commission. | |

![]() | They have both sent in tickets explianing the situation and have been totally up front about it. I can understand the rule entirely, but hopefully they will employ common sense as neither of these people are scammers, and will never use the accounts in any case. I did read on here that someone had the same issue and GA sorted it..... here's hoping. |

![]() | If GA let you combine account, and worse comes to worse, sign up to ipodshuffle.GA and get them both to do another offer, Lovefilm or VC for the cheaper option, then combine the 2 accounts but they may not let you verify for a PS3 and instead give you £250 custom order. |

![]() | I have the same problem. Instead of sending my referral link to a friend I sent him the link to the normal sign up page. He registered on gcga but never tried an offer. I then sent a ticket to explain that he signed up without using my referral by accident and could he be added to my account and complete an offer but got a reply saying no way. I think you need to apply some common sense to realise it's an honest mistake. It's so frustrating as he was one of the few people actually willing to help me out! |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | No, they don't, so I'd crack on and get an extra two referrals on the PS3 account (or just cash out the other 8). I just hope you don't live with your mother/brother -in law

![]() ![]() ![]() | to avoid any further problems the best idea would be to cash out now and switch to FreebieJeebies... |

| iPod 30gb | I got one of my mates to sign up to my FJ account, but he put his email in wrong so had to sign up again, i sent a ticket to FJ and they just asked me to get my mate to send a ticket in saying what happen and they sorted it. top network, i would also say cash out and move over to FJ |

![]() | Don't cash out before getting those 2 greens, those 2 greens are worth £40 quid each when you verify for £280 rather than cashing in 8 for £200, and then it's 0.9x£200 so £180 for a BT, so the last 2 greens are worth £100 if you look at it that way. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | It's actually £270 (£300 * 90 %) or when I last custom ordered from another GA site, £261 (£290 * 90%) Furb

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | PS3 and NextGen are unique, they offer a £300 console (or £270 cash/Amazon) for 10 refs. Pretty sure it is 12 refs for the same thing as a custom order elsewhere on their other sites.
