Wow..i dont think i can wait this long. I have not got any pendings with them and now that i read this thread i wil not even think about getting referrals through that network.

As for those who are waiting, i really hope you get your greens soon.

I just received a bank transfer from them for a PS3 around the same time Furbs posted not too long ago, but I had to wait forever on referrals going through! and had to wait forever for my BT to finally come through, I just wasn't happy with the service and decided not to post about it .....just as I wouldn't post about Freepay, I don't think they deserve the publicity.

Im not lashing out at GA or anything, they where the first network I completed and introduced me to the freebie scene and it would be sad to see them go down the Freepay lane, I just hope they'll pull around as there ref rates are really good, and there ratios.

But when you have great networks like FJ's, Kudos & RI to compete with, you can't just sit back and not bother, otherwise you'll fall waaay behind

I don't like to moan at networks, and try to refrain from doing so, but I too have had 2 lovefilm pendings, 1 since December 12th, and the other since December 6th...

I'll definitely be sticking to RI and FJ when these pendings go green. I refuse to give up on them, because in my mind it means that GA have won, and im not going to waste those 2 referrals

also, can I just add, it's a shame this has happened. GA have really let everyone down, including themselves. It was looking so promising with the new features on My.Giveaway coming soon too...

It seems like people are giving up on GA, and understandably. Im just worried that the 7 greens ive got are gonna go to waste. This is my first freebie and im trying to get a custom order but no reply so far to my request.

Getting worried that all this effort over the past few months has been for nothing but im not gonna let these greens go!

Well if you really are that worried then cashout and change your links, I just need to wait on my 2 pendings and 1 reversal to be sorted then I will be going over to FJ on Gadgets for a while.

I don't think GA is going bust or is having any problems and everyone will get their gifts, it probably is just the Christmas hangover, more presence from Tab on here might put people at ease but you can't force the guy to come on.

Isnt cashout just (or BT) another type of custom order and so would still need to wait for a reply, processing etc? Im not quite sure.

I would do it if it was easier than waiting for a custom order to be approved and delivered.

He shouldn't be prioritising anyone Grab, the orders should be numbered and people should get them in that order, no matter how little or how much business they bring to GA.

I'm moving because I have had 1 gift from GA and am 2 pendings and 1 reversal away from another one but the pendings have been 63 and 57 days waiting time, if they had been 28 days like it said, I could've sorted the reversal, verified and received my gift already, so I have every right to try out a different network.

What I think is wrong is the fact that GA have been very good to most people, then a blip happens, and they are suddenly the worst network in the world.

I feel for all the people who have been waiting for pendings etc, but it's like all of a sudded they are rubbish, and going bankrupt etc etc. I think we all know they are not a bad network, in fact probably one of the best.

Correct they shouldn't prioritise, but lets hypothesise for a second. lets say TAB one day says "right, today Im going to sort out as many issues I can with the Exceem crew, as they are a good part of our network, lets just have a look at exceem and see what problems there are....Wait a second whats this, all these people threatening to leave, moaning and whinging an whining, sod em, they can wait in line like everybody else."

Thats all im saying. don't bite the hand.......

I'm sorry but people need to realise that Exceem is the one place where people can talk about this kind of stuff.

Are you saying people should not be able to express their opinions for fear that they may not go down well with Tab? And for the record, no one is asking to be prioritised , it's simply a case of getting what they have rightly earned. People on here IMO are just as quick to praise Tab as they are to question him.

Moreover, people are simply expressing their opinions and saying what they are thinking of doing etc. No one here is saying that people should all jump ship to other networks. Doing so should not be detrimental on them getting their gifts if they have completed all of the requirements, should it?

IMO Tab is a great guy. From my experience I have nothing but good things to say about him, but that should in no way mean that others should be restricted for having opinions that are to the contrary.

If Tab or anyone at GA decided to stall anyone for putting forward an opinion of what I would call pretty bad customer service that could only be classed as severely unprofessional.

Yes at the end of the day we get "Free Gifts" from GA, but lets face it GA make money out of peoples hard work. I know quite a few folk that just gave up on a "Free Gift" because they just couldnt get enough greens, and never realised that you could do a custom order for cash, thus GA really do get money for nowt in these circumstances.

They are a business and we are their customers and all people want is good customer service. If the compny that did your mobile phone or internet had customer service as bad as seems to be happening at the moment with GA wouldn't you move?

I think you are missing the point of what im trying to say. I am going to pull out of this conversation now as I don't want it to turn into an argument about how good or bad GA are.

Obviously, there are quite a few people waiting for pendings or responses to support tickets, and this is a thread to moan about that. I hope you all get sorted soon and good luck.

Guys come on, talk of Tab/Other Giveaway staff puting eXceem members first/last due to various reasons is just crazy, Giveaway (as like many other networks) process customer orders/verifications/enquiries in one way, first come first served, their support desk software does not have a "this customer is slagging us off, to the bottom of the queue they go option"

As I said in the other thread, Tab is around, but is a bit pre-occupied with a few other things outside of GA at the moment. People have been geting their gifts, if a bit later than everyone would have hoped for, simply posting speculation that has no fact does not acheive anything.

When Tab has the time I am sure he will post to appoligise for the delays.
