Well .... its exactly a month since i placed my order and it still says 5-10 days delivery and that my cheque is "out of stock"

I'm on Gameconsole Giveaway, is anyone else waiting for gifts from there and if so whats there order id? ... mine is 192.

Just wondering exactly how far back this "supposed" backlog goes

*sigh*

I think it's official now, they've done a runner. I don't care if they've been in the game the longest or whatever, a business has to end somewhere and frankly they've ended and reaped the profits. We've been done in by lies and more lies. The christmas backlog being one of the biggest lies, other networks came past that problem in January! and here we are at the end of Feb!

The next lie they told us they'll be sorted by the end of Jan then they had the nerve to later tell us "oh, sorry, we'll be back up to scratch by the end of February". Well its the end of February and still they haven't come up with the goods. I really hope they end up sending all the gifts out but even if they do, i'll always think badly of their network and tell everyone i know to avoid them like the plague as thats exactly what they deserve! **** ****

I don't think they've done a runner as they have sent out gifts during this opaque faze. All I want is for my support ticket to be answered which will enable me to press varify. Once done I will be happy to wait.

I'm sure the only one I've seen on here has been from a network owner. =/

Not implying that GA have 'done a runner' but the fact that one or two gifts have been sent is meaningless.

Do you

I received a BT around 22nd January for refs that I had been chasing since early December.

That leaves me with £900 on two accounts (which took an absolute age to verify after an even longer wait for pendings to be updated!) ordered on 2nd February. Like everyone else, I had been told in a support ticket that all orders would be sent by the end of February....but lo and behold, here is the latest reply:
Please note, all orders placed up to the end of January have now been despatched, including bank transfers and cheques.

All orders placed in February are now being processed for despatch in March. Delivery dates will be given on user's account status page.

We apologise for the delays incurred in our order processing stage, and that we are working to a 2-4 wk delay, but assure you that we expect to be up to current order processing-despatch by the end of March.

Thank you for your patience.

EDIT - I assume there will be lots of posts soon from people who have received their gifts from January orders? How about you Claire80?

For what it's worth, I cannot see that the backlog can be down to anything else but cash flow.

It's not the profit you make that counts, it's how you spend the money that matters. Cash is king!

I'm guessing they are now awaiting all the money from the advertisers for all the offers that were completed on your account, lol.

If that is the case though....it shouldn't be the case, if you get what I mean?

There are just a couple of posts in the "I Got My Free Item Section" from people who received cheques from GA.

It may be that further monies are on the way by bank transfer and I sincerely hope that is the case. If not, then I personally find it staggering that after clearing a backlog to the end of January, so few eXceem members have actually received stuff.

Even more staggering is that they couldn't find the time to ship items ordered just three days into February.

Sorry for the double post but I've just looked at the dates relating to the account I am waiting payment on.

Started referring at the start of December, I got my last completed sign-up on 3rd January, had to wait until 3rd February for verification and now told I have to wait until the end of March for payment.

That is four months, start to finish

Hi ???? and a few others
Thank you for your ticket and concern with our company.
Please accept my response as one that confirms that GA is just fine and dandy, and that we do not understand, let alone define, the meaning of 'going bust'.
We have had, however, many updating problems with Lovefilm and VC Bets - problems that we are doing our utmost to resolve. As to the ordering and delivery delays, these are no more than a hangover from the Christmas busy period, we feel our backlog will be cleared by the end of January.
I hope this helps to put your mind/s at rest. This is my response, but I will ask Tab himself to add something to this ticket, which you may feel free to post in exceem to reassure other members.
Thank you for your continued support of our network, and please expect many improvements and promotions for GA throughout 2009 - we are here to stay!!
Kind regards, and best wishes to all....

When i get a responce from tab i will post it here.

hope this helps ease a few minds
Interesting to look back at this ticket response. We have been asked to take it easy on Tab because we don't know what the problem is but Lisa was obviously not aware that anything was wrong with him and has continued to pass tickets his way.

What a shower of the proverbial

Edit - Anyone give me odds on GA being voted supported network of the year 2009?
