It isnt acctually 28 days yet for the lovefilm until friday but obviously it wont go green, why would i have the special pending? lol
and then the jpjoy one. and all the other offer people have to send in tickets for. They seem to say its just lovefilm when its not just lovefilm

I don't think it will go to this. Jon has said many times that he knows what the issue is and is confident that it will be resolved.

I trust Jon's judgement and therefor am (trying) to continue to be patient.

Tricky to answer that one since every situation is different, though past history shows I have helped were I can to ensure members get their gifts - so far it appears with a slight delay that is happening.

Thing with my order is...they sent me the wrong stuff like at the end of dec...i returned it immediately to amazon using the instructions cherie sent me...and she acknowledged everything and that it had been returned. I was also told the correct stuff would be ordered v soon.
This never happened...and i am still waiting for my 13 referals worth.

This is not as large as some of you people. But its bad for everyone...i have lost faith..thinking im not gna get what i want...my friends think i and they got scammed...GA are surely losing out on customers as ppl switch to FJ.

But yh, Im definately keeping the little hope i have left after those posts from jon.

Because any replies I get from lisa (as cherie doesn't reply to tickets) are all (well it seems) just to delay the process further. Going from the last 3 months...do i think everything will be sorted out end of feb? Honestly...NO..but id love for me to be proven wrong.

BUT ONE THING I'D LIKE TO ASk JON...on my account it says 'Sent to Vendor' and that 'your order has been dispatched'

Could this be a possible reason I particularly am not getting responses from Cherie, as she may be prioritising other pending orders? (Obviously keeping in mind the STV refers to my incorrect delivery..and im still waiting to receive the correct stuff)??

Call me a cynic, but it seems to me that if there had been a real benefit to GA from sorting this out, it would have been done long before now.

I'm not sure "slight delay" is a fair description for the way we have been left hanging by GA. My issues started early in December.

I guess it depends on how you define slight, but it is not as if you have been denied what is yours, as I have been saying all along, I believe you will all get the gifts you are entitled to.

I am sick and tired of all the constant msn/pm/email/txting that I am getting over this, I have said everything I can say, I can not magic your gifts out of thin air, I do not have the means to take time of work to go and track down Tab, so from now on unless I here anything new I am not going to be posting in these threads (apart from enforcing forum rules etc)

This is not just about the gifts Jon. I am sorry for my part in making your life difficult but wont apologise for my comments about the appalling levels of service we have received; I may be alone but I feel totally let down by GA.

just read the whole thread and it looks like im in the same boat as most people here

After being absent for a long time on this forum I decided about just over a month back to get the last couple of refferals so I can get my gift, I used the trades section on here and everything went smoothly, this is my first freebie so I wasn't quite sure what to expect, clicked verify and all went smoothly. It then said my order had been dispacted and I would recieve it withying 5-10 working days, nothing came so I wrote a support ticket and got the same message a few of you guys "we will talk to shipping" etc, I have then contacted them twice again about it but no replies.

Hopefully they will get back to me soon, there is obviously something holding up the orders, whatever it is I hope it gets resolved soon.

Im on 360.giveaway btw and decided to go for the cash as I already have a PS3
