I have tried to resist responding to this but it really doesn't portray the situation as I see it.

How on Earth do you get 80 Greens? You cant be trading green for green cos there isnt 80 offers.

How much do you pay people to do em and where do you get them from? apart from here?

Just found these forums and they are superb. Have got me really worried about my quest for a ps3 on gameconsolegiveaway though! And it is crazy to see how much people have received from these freebie sites. Didn't realise it was so big.

I hope giveaway gets itself sorted soon that's for sure.

I dont disagree with you as I said in the pm. I didnt believe that this post travelling down the route of Giveaways gone bust was serving anyones best interest and I still dont, so I spoke up about it, it was never ever directed at you or your situation 10 weeks is shocking and frankly I had a really long post already done when I reread the fact it was 10 weeks I deleted it, at least 20 mins of typing down the drain because I felt you had a right to speak out . My argument was never with you Furbs I think you have missed this, it was with the rumour that the network had gone bust.

As I suspected, totally out of context. In that post I was simply stating the obvious - GA has more customers so more will go on hold, it is a numbers game. That has nothing to do with the current situation.

Not sure what you are trying to say? eXceem members make up such a small percentage of GA's customers that it wont have a material effect on them. I am sure the other networks would get benefit from the extra referrals though, why wouldn't they?

This is getting us nowhere though. I'd said in my pm that I wasn't going to debate it and wished I hadn't. Everyone will make their own decision on the quality of service they are getting and choose their networks accordingly.

Possibly not but you can't possibly expect people to keep referring to GA when they have no idea what the situation is. As I'm getting tired of saying, communication would have seen any rumours put to bed and at least members would know exactly what the situation was.

No communication is always going to lead to rumours, unsurprisingly, and that's what happened.

That's the point I was about to make. All of this has come down to the fact that so many users were left hanging without a word from GA.

Also, for those of you who think that it's not our place to question giveaway's business situation , I beg to differ. Last time I looked this was a forum, where apparently people are allowed to share their opinions, what a crazy thought
Exceem is the one place where we should be able to openly air our views on a network's performance. Whilst we have the right to question a network's performance, the network admins have the same right to defend themselves/ explain the situation. It's not our fault that GA did not take the opportunity to let us know there were problems.

hear hear. this thread was to show up the fact that GA weren't answering any tickets and therefore holding up all sorts including gift,conga lines etc. Turned into a bit of a slanging match. Lets just club together to try and get GA to sort themselves out !!
