Yeah i was in the same situation and got the same response and it reealllly annoyed me. None of the other networks request that the user has to send more proof even after something HAS tracked.

I can understand them having to send it when it hasn't tracked, but when it clearly has and is in pending state its taking the p!ss to ask them to forward proof!

I don't get this. I haven't had any revoked, but can the rules just be changed once a referral has already gone green? If, when I verify, I have a certain number of VCBet refs, will they be revoked under the new rules (whatever they maye be), despite having completed it under the old ones?

If before you have verified, the advertiser has decided to revoke an offer even though it was approved in the first place, this would be acceptable in my opinion. Once you have verified, it's another matter, in terms of your circumstances.

Its my understanding that all networks on exceem would not place your account back on 'You have not completed the requirements' once you have been verified and placed your order, unless of course, your account has been found to be fraudulent.

I think that's what you were asking?

Thanks for the reply. What I meant was, I have yet to be verified, and 3-4 of my refs have done this offer. Now assuming they have done it all correctly according to the completion requirements listed on the site, I am still worried that because I have yet to verify, GA might revoke these referrals upon my verification because they now have new standards for it (this is what I am assuming the problem is with VCBet, I could be wrong) and despite fulfilling the requirements listed prior (the ones that should be applicable to them) they may be judged on any potential new ones. That would be very harsh in my opinion, out of order in fact.

But I am just speculating, that is all, like I say, I have checked my account and they are still there. It just worries you a little.

I too am attempting to verify with a completed VC offer. I wasn't planning on cashing out of GA this early, i did have my sights set on an ipod touch but this VC problem added to all the other things that have been annoying me about GA have left me with no option but to cash out.

I am requesting the cash alternative for 6 refs but i am very doubtfull as to weather i will get this as i fully expect the VC to get revoked having read all the previous posts.
Thus leaving me with 5 greens

So assuming the rules have changed over VC refs, is there anyway to get them back? I can log into a couple of friends accounts who did VC bet for me and do a support tickets and screen shots for them, will that be ok?

Are VC Bet changing the conditions of the offer i.e need to play or deposit more money? Or is it they just need the extra proof of the offer being completed even if it has originally tracked and since been revoked?

I wouldn't recommend logging into anyone elses account as GA being GA would most likely see this as a good reason to put you on hold .....

I would ask your friends to send tickets themselves from their addy.

Thanks waf. The only problem is that one friend signed up and did the offer on his computer at home and is now back at uni in london (plus he doesnt really know what hes doing).

The second ref was my girlfriend who did the offer on her home computer and so as she is living with me at uni, would have to send a support ticket using the same IP address as me.

So... if i get my friend at uni to do a support ticket on a different computer, would that be ok with GA? Also how to send a support ticket for my girlfriends account?

Its a bit of a mess really, and very annoying as both offers originally tracked ok anyway

I'm going to be very pissed off if I lose my 2 greens. It certainly is knocking my confidence on the system being fair if advertisers can change the rules even for those who have genuinely sign-up and completed the offer according to the rules at the time.

What also pisses me off too is that there is still no response from anyone at GA on this thread. Well done the Kudos guy who is on the case as soon as a problem is reported on these forums.

My point exactly

I have had my ref send in their screeny and it got manual credited but i shouldn't have had to ask them to do this after it had initially tracked anyway. Its just the principle of it in my case !!

As for yourself i really wouldn't want to advise you how to go about sending a ticket as GA can be really strict with ip issues, your prob best off sending them a ticket and then checking back in a week or so to see what there response is.

What a shambles, if this is correct and the rules have changed since the offers were done, then this is definitely out of order.

Surely we should hear something from GA soon?

As for VC Bet, I think if their decision is final regarding previous offers completed before the rule changes that they still stay revoked, then they might as well stop the affiliate advertising as no one will ever complete a VC Bet offer again.

Just my 2 pennies, oh... and I have a offer that went from complete to not complete.

It was a trade with me. I did send a support ticket and they replied:

"A manual update has been actioned for you.

Please note, only unique registrations to our offers will result in an offer completion being awarded. That is, you are only able to complete an offer once." ??

I havnt tried to complete VC Bet twice?! What do they mean by this?

The reason your completion has been reversed is because your registration with VC Bets was not unique. That is, you have previously created an account with them. Only unique registrations will update to completion status.

Absolutely ridiculous, I have categorically 100% never done a VC Bets offer before, never knew who VC Bets were till I have completed this offer, my ONLY offer with VC Bets, sent screenies ect...twice.

What the hell is going on, this is after the offer was complete too.
