Support ticket IP question. Help!


A couple of question here so any help from you guys would be most appreciated

Firstly, over Xmas i had a couple of friends sign up for my nextgen.giveaway account and do offers. The offers havnt credited and they need to raise support tickets and send screen shots. As my friends and I are back at uni and they dont really know how to raise tickets or anything, im hoping to do this myself.

So basically, can i raise support tickets and send screen shots for my friends' accounts using my computer (with which i initially signed up to nextgen with)? Will there be an IP conflict?


Secondly how much is each ref worth for a custom order? Im trying to get an xbox 360 which is 9 refs but have found a cheap xbox 360 which im hoping to get as a custom order thus neading less refs.

Thanks Lucaio. Thats great! It means once i get these last 2 refs, i can get the custom order.

Ive got my friends accounts up now but would rather wait till i know its safe to do the tickets myself. Dont want to lose these!

Anyone else know if i can do the support tickets?

den1 is an unknown quantity at this point
My suggestion is don't do this until you get a confirmation from GA itself as i think they do check IP.
And just to clarify, each ref is worth £25 when you order a gift, but only £22.5 if you ask for a bank transfer or cash cheque.

I definitely wouldn't take the risk. You could however use a uni computer of internet cafe.
