 |  No Ticket Responses?has anyone been getting ticket responses, apart from the generic one sent to say that giveaway will be back to work on the 5th jan i have been waiting ages for what i asked for...account was verified mid novemberish...still not got my 13referals worth... |

| had i known i would have had to wait this long...2 months for lovefilms pendings to go green..then another 2months from verification to delivery... i would have signed up for FJ who although require a few more refs for the same gift...are v v quick. in that 4 month time frame i could have had like two times my 13 refs..its frustrating. still awaiting ticket responses... |

| i received a response on 5th jan. not heard anything back from any of my tickets since then. giveaway are really slow at the moment. |

 | yep still no response to my ticket and im now on day 10 ........  i try to reamin impartial and keep my mod hat on but i am still a customer afterall , one with 2 accounts that are both ready to verify as soon as custom orders have been set on them.i really cant see the reason for the hold up in adding a number to my account so i can hit the button .. but then how long will the wait be then ? its a shame to see giveaway getting all this negative press as for years they have been the strongest network , but im afraid the great ref rates just dont outweigh the poor customer service that has been of late and unless things improve drastically and remain consitant i cannot see myself completing another giveaway account in a hurry. /rant  |

| i was calm last week about it, recieved half my custom order on sat. but im waiting for a pair of hair straighteners which is the vital part of the order as its for a birthday pressie on tuesday. sent support ticket after support ticket but still no reply so i hope they turn up, but im getting nervous

| Not been waiting quite as long as others, but my account verified on 19th December and nothing since then. Order Processing. I had never used Giveaway before, but up until recently I always thought their service was to a similar standard as kudos and freebie jeebies. My last few verifications with those two networks have gone through, and product delivered in a matter of days. This is getting similar to freepay standards now |

| TBH I don't think they are doing anything at all at the moment, I have 2 offers pending from a couple of freinds that I know did everyting to complete their offers quick sharp, and they are still pending. These offers were done only one day after 2 other refferals of mine that went green over 2 weeks ago. I am starting to worry that they have given up the ghost and are no longer running the site. |

| not sure if this is a help but I had a reply to a ticket on Tuesday from Lisa. It was simply thanking me for letting them know that the original ticket query had been resolved, but at least it shows there is still activity at Giveaway. |

| yh...only lisa is replying saying she will 'forward the ticket to shipping' this is the 4th ticket with the same response from lisa... shipping are not replying.. |
