Two or Three is an improvement on none at all .... Hence things are "picking up"

No one said all problems had been solved, but there at last seems to be some action, this can only be a good thing.

waf did you verify yet , still nothing here ,i think the site needs to be changed so it doesnt say up to 24hours .

It is extremely frustrating that GA have not shipped out my gift yet. I verified around the 20th Nov. It is now 26th Jan.

I am contacting you via support tickets, as you are the only one who seems to respond.

You have said you will 'forward' the tickets to tab or cherie...who will 'get back to me shortly.'

Its been an absolute age, and I have had no reply from them.

All my friends, are now starting to beleive the GA websites are a scam, and I am sure many people experiencing the same lack of cummication or receival of gifts feel the same way. It is not healthy for GA or customers. Both are losing out.

I sincerely hope you have a word with Tab or Cherie regarding my order, especially considering the time scale of this. It is completely unfair how I am being treated.

Please get back ASAP.

Conclusion (sorry for the v long ticket guys...)

Bloody hell that was a slog...i should've received what i wanted b4 xmas...and i reckon ill be getting it like this week or next now...but glad i got there in the end.

the truth is...they have had a backlog since xmas, and cashflow, and general delays i guess...but hopefully as the new yr goes on..they will get back on track...till next xmas and new yrs comes lol...

Hope everyone gets what they want soon!

So Lisa says 'orders are being processed in priority of order date' but then Cherie contradicts by saying 'I will make sure they order asap'. So if you keep opening support tickets you jump to the front of the queue then? No wonder the 'backlog' is so long if this is their way of clearing it.

Why bother saying tickets will be responded to 'very shortly' when they obviously won't? Is this to give themselves more time?

Anyway, GA said they expected be up to date with orders by the end of January, so everyone on here at least should receive their order next week, unless of course there are further delays.....but no doubt we won't hear about them.

How long is verifying with GA taking at the moment then anyone? Is that at least still running on time (within 24hrs)?

i verified a few days back now, and clicked order but it still just says "processing"
