| iPod 30gb | I was under the impression that nothing had been attempted so far - admin's don't have to tell us exactly whats happening but it would be nice to know for certain if something actually is happening. Would ease the worries of a few of us and also lessen the amount of threads like this.

That is actually what happened the last time GA went on a serious go slow, resulting in 19 comments being deleted in a single thread because they got too personal. I have no idea what to do from here. I have a lot at stake and the whole thing is really stressing me out, especially as people I know who are also on "processing" are beginning to get seriously frustrated. How long are we supposed to stay patient?

all that can be done is to wait for giveaway to respond by tickets, on here or sending gifts out as we see people telling freepay waiters - you just have to wait, theres no point continuosly making loads of threads about it i understand its very frustrating for everyone and they must want to give giveaway a few words of acknowledgement or advice to change their treatment of customers | |

| blah blah blah | I think the point is that we have become so used to freepay taking so long, we have come to expect such a poor service. Also, with no representative from freepay on exceem, there isnt anyone to vent our anger at. Giveaway have always provided a good service on exceem so when there is a delay, members understandably get worried as they aren't used to delays. As I've said before, it's the lack of communication that is getting people worried.

| Mini Mac | i see what your saying joe , but with all due respect are you actually waiting for anything from giveaway ? its easy to tell people to be patient and i know i do it all the time esp when modding and yes i prob am a hypocrite but when you have a thousand pounds worth of referrals on a site and they dont respond to you it does become concerning and stressful , and it is hard to just sit and wait . as fox and furb said if it was freepay i wouldnt be worrying as they have always been slow but i have never known ga this slow ever. |

![]() | they hv clearly been affected by the recession lol..jks i wish they (tab or cherie) would respond already...i have sent 4 tickets now..only to get replies by lisa saying 'sorry for the delay, i will pass the tickets onto shipping' who seem to be not repling anything.. |
