Well on the plus side at least it was only one, a lot of other people have more go on hold...just got to find that last person!

Exactly the same happened to me! I had the 4 refs to get £100 amazon voucher, I was well excited as it was going to be my first freebie. Then one of the refs got put on hold. :/

Yeah same happened to me when i went for the PS3 with giveaway, i kept verifying with 10 greens and it took me 3 months until all 10 passed.
It deffo pays to get 1 extra.

You never know how he will get on with his support ticket so I'd try and get that extra ref or two just in case.
