From what I can see, you need to try and kick GA into action and the moment to get anything done. If you haven't already, I'd log a support ticket.

i havnt made a ticket yet. thought i would ask here first.

i hvnt got ps3 which was ordered in november...but soon says cherie...

the status on ps3GA is out of stock..and has been for months...dont know if its just ps3GA or just all the sites?

They are having ther xmas/new yrs break and back to work tmoro on the 5th

GA will start being labelled the new Freepay at this rate.

Has anyone received their gift, been verified or had any sign of a support ticket since Sunday?

I have a couple of orders processing and also need a custom order updated so that I can verify.

I had a VC Bet that was pending for ages. I got my ref to send a ticket in regarding it about a few days back and it has since trned to completed so i am presuming that they have responded to the ticket and actioned a manual credit (although i havent seen my ref so i don't know for sure).

If they did action a manual credit then there must be somebody still around dealing with support tickets.

Bit strange how some people arent getting any responses at all and some are ???!

MY LITTLE CUSTOM ORDER CAME IN ABOUT 3 WEEKS DUE TO CHRISTMAS HOLS ETC, BUT ARRIVED YESTERDAY SAFE N SOUND. I FEEL A RIGHT MOAN ASS WEN I COMPLAIN ABOUT THE DELIVERYS ETC AS £100 OF STUFF FOR A FIVER IS NOT BAD AT ALL, SO DELIVERY IS NO CONCERN TO ME BUT YES IT IS FRUSTRATING, AND I DO MOAN BUT NOW I FEEL RELIVED ITS HERE.

i am still waiting for ps3...really bloody annoying!!! I verified on 20th nov...this is pathetic.

i have submitted tickets of what i want from cherie (i asked for a custom order worth 13refs)...cherie before xmas said she will order it etc...

its now nearly half way through january...

i have had two replies...from lisa..saying she has forwarded the tickets to tab and cherie ie shipping department etc. she said they will get back to me very shortly...its been 2days since that was said...

i am defs going to use FJ's from now on. the higher no of referals is better than waiting like 2-3months for your stuff to arrive...

They are such a good network, the best network in terms of yellow to green ratio in my experience and lowest ref rates which is why I still use them but their delivery times and support let them down. Although that has alot to do with the likes of FJ, Kudos etc setting the bar so high for great support and quick delivery. Hope they get back to work soon, they seem to be taking an extended break after xmas...

I am hoping the GA team are working very hard to release all the features on My.Giveaway, ie status banners, one4all links etc.
As soon as that's released, GA will be back to business

That doesn't sound to good for me then. I have just this minute submitted a ticket requesting the cash alternative for 6 refs, hopefully it wont take too long.

I did toy with the idea of just ordering a DS (even tho i don't need one) as i presume this would be quicker than messing about with tickets, but i bit the bullet and sent for the cash instead.

and the wait begins ....
