![]() | I'm getting frustrated too and have logged a few tickets. Last reply i had said that they didn't return to work until 5th January and that they would be contacting me to let me know when i should recieve my bank transfer. I was also told that my account would be updated and yet 3 days later is still "processing".

| Mini Mac | let this be a lesson to all low ref rates = freepay and giveaway but rubbish support and delivery of gifts very competative ref rates = freebiejeebies, kudos and real incentives - plus with freebiejeebies and kudos you are guarenteed great support i mean - i dont know why people go on about giveaway's ref rates as a ps3 is only one more referral on ps3.fj just stick to the tried and tested of kudos, fj and ri - you know you'll get your gifts in good time if your happy with the wait your going to have - dont come on exceem and always moan about it End of rant |

There is a world of difference between GA and FP though, historically. Only reason I started on GA again was the high moneny for referral rate offere, but most importantly, I 'knew' they were considered one of the best networks. Maybe things have changed in the time I was gone. | |

Just a few months ago daily verifications were announced and I sent a lot of traffic their way. Sign-ups and ratios were fantastic and by early to mid November I had to stop referring to let pendings catch up. GA support had slowed a bit by then but I still felt the decision to use them was justified. Two months later I am still waiting to receive the spoils from verifying with 80 greens. That is a staggering sum of money and I have been as patient as anyone could have been waiting for it. With the greatest respect, the last thing I need is someone telling me not to moan. As for them having a backlog, even if they do other networks cope just fine and it wouldnt take 2 mins to send a email/put a message on your account for all those waiting! I personally would only use FJ simply because their service is amazing, recent example of this is me arranging my custom order with Richard at about 11pm on wednesday and having the stuff delivered to be on saturday - cant get better than that! Well actually you can when i got my tomtom in under 24 hours after clicking verify (http://www.exceem.co.uk/forums/i-got...iejeebies.html)! No im not being paid (although you do have by bank details rich! Reckon GA are going to lose a lot of custom over these delays, and if i had people like steve on my books i would make sending out the gifts my top priority!

| iPod 60gb | After reading all these posts i am seriously starting to wonder if it could be a cash flow problem on GA's side. I may be miles wide of the mark, but in life in general when people owe you money and then then avoid you and fob you off it usually means that they haven't got the cash to give to you. With furbs being owed £2000 and then all the others (just on this forum) i would guess the amount could be as high as £4000, thats alot of money to send out especially if you don't have it to hand.
