Lovefilm offer not going green.

Hi there

Bit new to all this and a bit confused. I started up on the PS3 giveaway on the 5th december, and started renting DVDs. I completed the 2 week trial and I am now a paying member of Lovefilm and am regularly getting DVDs, but still my offer says pending.

What are the exact rules for Lovefilm? On the complete an offer page it says "Sign-up for a no-commitments 2 Week FREE DVD rental trial, and start receiving DVD’s." I have done this and still my offer is "Pending"

Also I have quite a few referrals that I know should go green as they are various freinds from around the UK, and most of them are even keeping on with Lovefilm, and none of their offers have completed either.

Can anyone shed some light on this?

it takes approx 28 days till it says complete

Raise a support ticket with the network, I'm sure they will be able to help.

Raise a support ticket and they should do manual credit with Lovefilm

Don't raise a support ticket until after 28 days.

Finally my offer has gone green after 32 or so days so am now happy. One of my referrals got reversed, why does this happen? I understand that some people may cancel their lovefilm accounts after the free trial, but no-where in the literature does it say that you can't do this to complete the offer all it does say is "Sign-up for a no-commitments 2 Week FREE DVD rental trial, and start receiving DVD’s." it doesn't say that you have then to keep the account going. luckily most of my refferals are keeping it on anyhow, as am I as me and 'erindoors arenow hooked on Prison Break!!

I have now got 4 greens which is great and about another 6 pending. If an offer status has gone green can it then be reversed if someone cancels their account?

If the offer went Green due to a manual action then yes, it probably could be reversed once the Lovefilm report comes in.

it usually gets reversed if they havent completed the offer properly ie cancelled and not received a dvd or previously had a trial etc.

greens dont very often get reversed once green however the referral may get put on hold if they have broke the t&cs of the freebie site ie created multiple accounts etc
