Voucher/Gift Delivery


Well, I have a support ticket promising me my £270 amazon vouchers by the 17th, so in theory they should arrive today.

With all respect to Tab and his staff, there should maybe be an update of the site and the thread on here. I understand that it is not possible to process and ship orders daily as that must be a real nightmare, but it would be nice to have a realistic impression of the alternative. I clicked order on the 3rd, so yes its only a fortnight, but even the site says 5 - 10 days, and its not as if vouchers take a while to arrive in the post.

I have been 'fairly' patient and the responses have always been understanding, but especially at this time of year people are going to get twitchy as a lot of freebies (100% of mine) are for Xmas presents for children! And hell hath no fury like a 5yr old scorned!!

I look forward to receiving my vouchers today!!!

I know how you feel. I verified and clicked order 3 weeks ago for a T&Co item and they sent me a ticket yesterday to tell me that it was now out of stock!! Arrrrrrgh; I wonder how long it will now take them to order the replacement one I've asked for. I really don't understand the point of doing "daily" verifications if they're placing orders as slow as before.

sephora i am sure i spotted a post by tab a few weeks ago saying that he was changing the daily verifacations as it was way to much work for them = post 14 http://www.exceem.co.uk/forums/givea...responses.html not sure if it is still the case or not , hope you get sorted soon

I placed order in nearly 2 weeks ago and they just email me the same thing, saying that it has been passed on to shipping, its only a bank transfer honestly why is it taking so long, its my first freebie aswel so its even more frustrating.

it would be nice to know what is happening, even if its not good news, the rumour mill starts working overtime otherwise!!

I am sure that Tab is not around as a support ticket where the answer was going to be passed to Tab to PM me, actually came back through the support system from one of the staff.

I really dont want this thread to be a witch hunt, of a giveaway slanging match, but I can see it reaching boiling point!

(of course my vouchers might be sat at home!!)

Just noticed tab aint been online for a week , noboddy is getting there stuff delivered , even got other network owners asking questions about reversebid , could be that tab and staff are now totally snowed under running all the giveaway sites and now running the reversebid site aswell , could be in for a bit of a wait peeps
