![]() | Support TicketsWhen creating a ticket to do a manual credit on nextgen.GA i cant attach a screenshot. Now this may be the noobest thing ever BUT i see the attachment box, click on browse, select the screenshot and press ok. After this im stumped, there is no attach button and i just thought that if i send the ticket like that, it will automatically attach. But it didnt. I tried again and it didnt work again. I actually asked on the ticket how to attach the screen shot and they just said it should automatically do it once its selected. What am i doing wrong?!? |
