  | Ref not showing up !!?Anyone else had this happen ???  Just checked my emails and i have one from a mate that i asked to sign up for me. it was just to inform me that he had signed up and completed an offer. The problem is he isn't showing in my list of referrals. He's not new to the freebie system and i have every confidence that he has gone through the process correctly. I have checked the link on the outgoing email i sent him and there isn't any problem with it, so i don't know why he isn't showing in my refs list. Hopefully it can be easily sorted by Tab, as i need a few more refs before crimbo and so every single one is super valuable at the minute. |

| Send a support ticket. This has never happened to me. I am sure it will be fine, but as I say, a support ticket would be best. |

| Yeah i think i'm gonna have to ..... My mate sent the email 2 hours ago and still no sign of his email addy in my refs list. Before i send a support ticket i'm just gonna give him a ring and make sure 100% that he did everything properly. To be honest i can be 99.99% sure that he has anyway he's been a ref for me 5 times now on 5 different sites, so he knows all about signing up correctly and using the correct link. I'll give him a ring then send in a ticket. |

| Just got off the phone with him and under his account info it says that he wasn't referred by anyone .... But he was ....... ME !!!  I have sent a ticket and hopefully Tab will either read this or the ticket and ammend it for me .... Running out of time till xmas  |
