 | Processing =@Just thought id ask for some help to ease my mind, My account got verified exactly a week ago today, and i ordered my xbox 360, it sais the xbox is in stock and is usually shipped the next business day, one week on and it still sais processing ! Very frustrating as i have all the xbox games and accessories but no xbox =( Any one, any ideas ! ?  |

| I'm in the same boat mate, verified for cash, sent in a support ticket to ask for a bank transfer instead of cheque, ticket answered, was told they would get in touch soon with more details, still waiting. It's all free though so it's hard to complain. |

| Exactly the same position, good job I didn't send a support ticket because I missed that post by Tab, Alex. Mine is a custom order with items from different sites so I just thought mine would take longer.

| My account is showing as out of stock even though i've ordered a custom order of a bank transfer. Read something about problems with the stock status on another thread. Been about a week now, does anyone know how long you have to wait for a bank transfer to go to STV? Gonna be going to Germany soon and would like it to all be sorted before I leave. |
