Hi,

I signed up to Betfair this morning and deposited £10 and bet it on the chelsea - newcastle game. Anyway I read somewhere on another thread that this offer went green instantly. I was just wondering if this is still the case as I cannot find any recent threads regarding the crediting of this offer.

I don't know if this applies as I did Betfair about 4 months ago at a guess and it took about 14-21 days I believe.

I'll take some screenshots just in case i need to file a support ticket. Going to be moving to Germany in 2 weeks so would ideally like to have all this sorted before I leave. Fingers crossed i suppose.

Good idea with the screen shots. Maybe someone who has done ti recently will be able to clear time scales up!

I'm on my third year at uni @ warwick. As part of my degree I have to spend my third year in Germany either studying or working. I was supposed to be there like 6 weeks ago but Student Finance screwed up my loan and accidently withdrew all of my funding...and left it until the day I was supposed to leave to let me know

Finally got it sorted out so will hopefully be over there in a couple of weeks.

Would be really grateful if there was anyone who has done this offer recently to clear up the issue with crediting times

I completed BetFair on 09-11-08, sent in a support ticket on the 10th, it went manually green on the 11th.

In the support ticket did you attach proof of offer completion?
