The Reverse Bid problems?

Hi all,

Anyone else encountered problems with The Reverse Bid site before? I completed my offer the other day no problem and spent £10. So tonight I thought I'd try again and bid on an Xbox 360.

I paid £10 via Paypal and my email confirmation came through, but my account wasn't credited. Says "transaction incomplete" on my history list. So now I'm down £10 and no way of bidding tonight! Pretty annoyed really. Just wondering if there's a history of problems with this site?

Cheers
jin

What does it say on paypal? was it a "instant" payment i.e credit or debit card, or a e-cheque

Tab is a jewel in the rough

Re: The Reverse Bid problems?

The only time I have seen this happen is when the user didn't click the button at the end of the transaction in PayPal to return to the reverse bid site.

Use the Contact Us link to email and explain. If there is a record of receiving £10 from you your account will be manually credited.

It was an instant payment. I've emailed support and let them know what happened. As Tab said they should have a record. Hopefully, it'll all be resolved by tomorrow.

The way the IPN works, that wouldn't normally make a difference.
