Yes. But VC only credits on the last day of the month and is £10 I think whereas Coral credits in a couple of hours and is only £5. I would recommend Coral every time, great company and I use my account fairly regularly for betting and never had a problem.

you can bet on red and black at the same time, and yes it is allowed. The only problem is , is that if the ball lands on zero, you lose everything. zero is what gives house its edge over punters. Also stay away from Roulette, Roulette is the devil, lets just say as a student i lost hundreds in a matter of seconds. Don't even play for £10. Just stick to blackjack

Then 5 on red 50/50 and 5 on black 50/50 would work, probably the best chance you have of retaining your 10 quid.
