I am trying to access the support sustem, but the link is broken (on nextgen) is this the case for anyone else?

I still cant't access the support system. I have used both Firefox and IE and nothing. Anyone have any ideas?

I can access it fine, however that does not mean there is not a problem somewhere. Last time this happened on a large scale it was due to broadband provider. Do you happen to use Sky Broadband?

start menu - run... - type in "command.com" (no """"'s!) - type in "tracert support.giveawaynetwork.co.uk", then copy and paste the results in a pm to tab, should show him were the weak link is, and he can pester his server provider to get their network provider to fix it

Yeah sorry about this. I do not want you to think that this will be solved particularly quickly. Unfortunatelty it is down to third parties to fix, it has nothing to do with me or my servers. I have no control over the time frame, all I can do is keep pestering.

To add some info, it took me around 2 weeks of pestering before they would admit there was a fault, then it took around 4 days to get that fault fixed, again it was;nt a issue with sky internet, nore eXceem's server or the companies it uses directly

Im having issues too,

Cant access support, ipodsgiveaway or ipodshuffle giveaway! Very Frustrating! and I also use Sky!!
