Cash deal custom orders problem

Hi Tab,

I've sent support tickets about this but I guess you must have a big backlog and are very busy?

Sorry I've had to post here but need to get your attention and you don't seem to be on msn anymore, but do you post here daily.

Firstly and most importantly, the money you sent me over a week ago is still a no show. It's quite a lot of cash so I'm a little worried about what's happened to it...

Perhaps you can check your account and get back to me via email, msn, pm?

Secondly,

Basically I did a cash deal special offer (£158) and got it all verified.

However when it came to let me order it offered me cash again but deducted a further 10% off, even though 10% had already been deducted to for the custom offer.

I chose gift option instead of cash gift and just sent you bank details again via ticket to avoid the further deduction so hopefully you can send over the full £158.

I don't think I'm being impatient by writing here but this was about a week ago I sent tickets about this too.

Cheers dude.

Re: Cash deal custom orders problem

Thanks Tab, my check for £158 arrived today. Great work givaway.

However the other cash amount is still outstanding, so would really like to find out whats happened there as it's a bit concerning and has really now been a long time.

Also eager to speak with you to find out about progress etc.

This is how the system is supposed to work, it is not a bug. The cash option is there if you would like to take cash as an alternative to an actual item. If you have a custom order of cash, then when it comes to choosing if you would like the custom order or a cash alternative, you should choose the custom order as you can't really get a cash alternative to cash. Well you can, but like you point out it will take another 10% off

I'll be online soon reagrding the other issue.
