   |  12 Days Ago Placed Order, Order still at processing...?Hi. I placed my order for my 80GB Playstation 3 on the 26th September last month and it's now the 8th October and my order status is still at "Processing" I've sent some support 2 support tickets well over a week ago and I got a reply pretty much the next day but in the support ticket they said "I'll pass this onto my colleague, they will be in touch shortly" but I never heard anything from them. Any ideas Tab? Kind regards, Mark |

Also if you add comments to the origonal ticket then it goes back to the beginning of the que as I have found out :P so best bet is leave the support tickets get answered but dont add to them and pm Tab to let him know the support ticket number, this should help you the quickest. I will then inform you of delivery details etc. Please expect a follow-up reply tomorrow." I received that last night at 10.30pm so hopefully I will hear from them tonight but nothing has come through yet. |

| Re: 12 Days Ago Placed Order, Order still at processing...?Ye, Tab informed me that they had stock issues and that I wasn't informed by support staff but there getting PS3 stock on Monday or Tuesday and there getting sent out next day delivery so should hopefully have it Tuesday/Wednesday  |
