I'm alright really, I only have the 1 VC offer and i don't really care when it clears tbh.

I have the next spot on the GC.GA conga, but somehow with all this negative press i think it will be a long loooong time until that comes to fruition.

Once my refs have cleared i will most definately be cashing out and then i think i will steer clear of GA.

I used them to get my first freebie and that all went smoothly and i was very happy, but Tab was deffo online much more often those days and alot more active when he was online. (its so much easier when you can coonverse with owners outside of a support ticket as FJ's, Kudos & I4U have shown)

The Ref rates are superb, and the website design is probably the best out there imo. (along with the Kudos redesign), but customer service must come first and sadly (for you more so than me) it is lacking.

Hopefully Tab may soon post in this thread to put a few minds at ease etc etc.

he hadn't been online for ages (1 month +), then he logged on on the 1st, and we haven't seen him since

edit: like furbs said, GA are a great network, but this signup issue really needs to get fixed. it's not just GAs customers that are losing out

That wasn't a rant ... or wasn't supposed to sound like one anyway

I just simply wrote down exactly what my experiences with GA and other networks have been like. As i said, originally i had no complaints about GA but things have changed.

You say that they are second to none for ratio's but for me thats not even an issue as i don't use them for web hits anyway. So its an easy decision for me ... cash out, and go somewhere else. I'm sure thats the way that alot of people are probably thinking right now.

Sure, i would like nothing more than to see them back on their feet, if only for your benefit (as generous as you are). However i honestly can't see it happening.

We've seen it happen before with GA, a year or two ago. There is no doubt that things will pick up eventually, simply because it has to. Just have to be patient! And after things are back to normal, they will still be the best network around.
