Can I just ask a couple of small questions, I apologise if they have been asked before but it's after 2am and I'm heading to bed.

1. How will the cash equivalent be paid? Will we just send our bank details via support?

2. Can custom orders be placed for an item on any website or are they only available for items that are on Amazon?

Cash can either be via cheque or bank transfer. We will send a cheque by default unless told otherwise.

One minor improvement I'd love to see on GA is a line totalling your yellows/greens/pendings (at the moment, just greens get added up).

Tab, I thought gifts are sent out during the week now ? Doesnt seem to be the case with me.. my account took like 3 days to be verified, thats not 24 hours..

I asked for a custom order of cash for my remaining 7 greens, this was on the 22 oct, since then only my accoutn has been verified, which took long enough, and also I havent had a update about my order, weather its been sent, nothing since the the 29oct, its now the 12th november, I thought support ticket service was better than this, I just feel ignored, but I know this isnt the case, I dunno where else to get help for my order cause support tickets are not answered when I ask for an update...

sorry if it seems like im being a pain the backside, but I hope you can see my frustration, I realy really need this money asap.
