I dont get it though if 8 greens is £180 why is 10 greens £270?

£270 is the rrp of a ps3, but if you get the cash option for 10 referrals, 1 referral=£25 so it's:
(£25*10)*0.9
=250*0.9
=225
That's the arguement the person before was making- it doesn't quite match as u'd really be better of getting the ps3 but if u already have one, u might just want the cash or voucher instead.

That's why 8 referrals is £180
(£25*8)*0.9
=200*0.9
=180

(*0.9 is how you get 90% for anyone who's a bit rusty on the maths front.

In this thread it says you can get £270 instead of a ps3. A Ps3 is £289 rrp not £270

yes it's the 90% rule- if you go for a custom order or cash/vouchers then u get 90% of what your referrals are worth. 10 referrals is a ps3 rrp £289 (not £270 as I said before) BUT if you have 10 referrals on a site that doesn't have the ps3, and u want the cash instead you'll get £225. i think in the past, if the ps3 was out of stock or u wanted the cash alternative, you got £270 which may be where that figure came from.

i think that's right... i'll stop now because i may well have the wrong end of the stick but that's what i understand from what i've read. I think that is why wayne56 asked Tab if he was going to make any adjustments regarding the ps3 seeing as there was a bit of a gap between what you would get if you went for the cash and the value of a ps3...

Does GA do custom orders of items that are sold in other countries. I am after a computer gadget sold in Germany, the online store delivers to the UK. The cost with shipping is £175. Would GA do this?

I normally try to keep 3 diff accounts going at 1 time ... usually FJ account's. I may well be tempted to switch 1 to GiveAway with the lastest updates!

In my opinion thats the thing that Giveaway has really been missing "a custom order option" & £25 per ref is an amazing rate !!!

Is the custom order (cashing in @ 4 greens minimum) available on all Giveaway sites ?
