Just to clarify a couple of things Tab:

1. Will greens/pendings be rolled over on verification - I have 5 green, 5 pending on NextGen right now, if I did a 5 green custom order and that verified ok, what would happen to the pendings that weren't used at that point?

2. Is there a limit to custom orders. Can I keep referring to NextGen (subject to 1. above!) and then eventually pick a custom order that fitted the greens I built up?

1. Referrals do not roll over once you reset your account. There is just no way we can do this without losing money eventually.

2. There is no limit on custom orders (at the moment). I can currently see no reason why there ever would be, but things crop up that even I cannot anticipate

I appreciate why it is a problem for the network but that is going to be a major headache given the high percentage of LOVEFiLM pendings. It will mean having to stop referring whilst all the pendings turn green, or those will just be lost

Yeah I understand the predicament.... We are working with LOVEFiLM to try and get the reports in quicker than 30 days. Unfortunately thats the only thing I can offer as a solution to this at the moment.

Very cool...I'm struggling to get the 45 greens for a macbook air, so I might switch to a custom order - that is if I ever get 4 greens!! Stuck on 2 for months now LOL
