Is this network still availalbe

Hi I was wondering if anyone knew what was happening with this network. Basically I have submitted a ticket to query something that I had come across when reading this site with regards to my account, this was on the

Date: 22 September 2008 21:16 I have posted once or twice on it since

and I have to date still no reply. I appreciate that people can be busy but surely someone should have come across this ticket by now?
Now i am getting concerned about the amount of time it is taking for a repy. Is the usual sort of response time from this network or should i try resubmitting the ticket or is there someone from the network here on this forum that could look into this for me?
Some advice would be appreciated.

They usually reply within 5 days or so at the most so this is probably a little longer than normal - though this may be because they are investigating your query (obviously I don't know what the query was). Each time you add to the ticket it goes to the bottom of the pile though so I would just leave it for a few days, don't change the ticket, and see what happens. They do reply and they do answer your queries so just wait really.

ah so everytime ive asked is there anyone there? i could have been putting my ticket back to beginning of the pile?
