 | Lovefilm pendings, over 2 monthsI really hate to do this but I have exhausted all other avenues of communication, I've had 4 pendings on my nextgen account for well over 2 months and after Tab announced on here that the reports were in and all was up to date (they were about a month old at that point) I sent a polite support ticket asking for some information on what was goin on and was twice told that it was down to the account holders to query it. Tab had responded positively to those type of questions posted on here but I wanted to keep it private and I've tried support and then waited another few weeks before PM'ing Tab, but still nothing, so all I'm left with is, Tab what is goin on? I'd appreciate it if you could give me some better info. Thanks |

Really not sure how this happened, however it has now been done. I have checked and there are no other gaps, so this was a one off. Tab |

| Re: Lovefilm pendings, over 2 monthsOH MY GOD - it worked! I had the exact same problem; 4 referrals that joined in the last week of June and they were not showing. I tried support tickets and the forum but to no prevail. This morning I log into my account and its all good - I HAVE 10 GREENS! woohoo I can get my MacMini now (well as long as my referrals have not done anything stupid!) Even after sending support tickets saying that the other guys account says he's completted his offer mine kept saying pending, all I got was you have to wait for LoveFilm to confirm it; I was so frustrated surely if its shown as completed on that guys account is should have been on mine. LoveFilm is definately an offer you dont want people to be doing! Ive got my 10 referrals now, so dont need that LoveFilm one, but now having other problems with sonyps3giveaway which you can read on a another thread.... |
