Hey guys ive got a ticket in the support and its been there for close to a week now with no reply, has any of you had any success with support tickets?

Also has anyone heard from TAB or has he fell of the face of the earth?

yeah my Ps3 aint here but when i placed my order i got an error with nextgen not the browser. I did advise them of this like 3 weeks ago but its still 'processing' =\

I'm waiting for a t&co bracelet; bet that because they were late at doing verifications that they haven't ordered it w/ the next lot of orders like it should have been :S

Im getting bored of waiting ... ordered 22nd aug and its still 'processing'. The note on my account says for all orders pre-18th expect delivery 27th Aug. Sigh.

Thanks to the 'limbo' on my account I've now got more extra greens that are in effect completely useless as I cant cancel my order but I also cant reset my account.

Very annoyed. Would like to see something happen soon one way or another. Either ship and let me reset, or cancel my order and let me verify again for the now higher amount.

Even if Tabs away we know there are other giveaway folk about. I assume there are anyway as a support ticket i sent a month ago I got a reply to saying 'this is being forwarded to tab'. Who never replied.

The freebie scene is not a scam. I know this. But it still feels like it is when it's like getting blood from a stone and really starts to become more hassle than it's worth to get some sodding vouchers.

I hope he sorts out all of this when he gets back... sadly support tickets on orders don't often seemed to get answered properly by the other staff.

I understand your frustration but you were never gonna get you item this month anyway as you clicked order too late anyway.

i got my xbox last week as you know m8 , have not had any tickets answered for over a week , but i was able to reset my nextgen account last night , does that meen any of the staff are around

I got a reply from lisa at support, this morning and she said in it she was goin to refir it to tab so im guessing thier back now!!

Oh and btw anyone waiting on iphone stuff thier still working on them and no iphone orders have been sent yet!
