I think Tab offered bank transfers when people were waiting for the iphone and he found out he couldn't get them, but i think now that he's updated the site he won't offer a bank transfer/voucher alternative, if you get the 5/7 refs he'll offer you the iphone if you agree to sign up to the contract..

..I'm not certain though so you might be better off sending in a support ticket just to confirm. (Sorry!)

Doi ! I was going to get a 45pm 16g contract (Which means I have to pay $59).....I take it if I get the $99 voucher and use it do you get $40 voucher back or does it get scrubbed ?
