OK, I went for verification on iPhone giveaway and one of my referrals has been put on hold, now does that mean that the other 4 are OK ?

at the moment, yes. But, there's no guarantee that by the time you verify next, one of these referrals wont be put on hold.

Its happened to me the last couple times where previously ok referrals have been put on hold as they obviously did something wrong after there were verified first time.

surely if they verify ok once they should always count...

yes, but when you think about it, they can get greedy if they arent getting anywhere with getting greens and create another account and this is against rules.

In theory its best to get your greens and verify asap before they have the chance to be put on hold.
