Iphone voucher help!!

Ok so i started this whole thing before the news on getting vouchers instead of the handset and that dosnt bother me. I dont mind vouchers, i think TAB's being fair enuf with his solution.
Neway i got verified yesturday, first time and didnt loose any ref's but now im wondering what voucher am i going to recieve. TAB origionally said apple, but i was looking online there now at the UK apple store and apple dont use gift vouchers in the UK, there an US only thing?
I was hopeing to get the voucher and keep it til the PAYG iphone was released and then just pay the difference! I dont want to have to buy one form the states, jail break it and loose my warrenty etc...

Any help guys?

Has anyone else got any ansers for me please. Im not that familiar with apple stores cause im from Nothern Ireland and we dont have one over here, but has anyone from the mainland used one in an apple store. Im only goin on what i read on the internet.

It's an Apple Gift Card, which can only be used in store, not online.

Can the card just be used in Apple stores or can you use it in o2 stores as well.

Just Apple stores. I will be checking over the weekend if O2 do Gift Cards/Vouchers as this may well be a better altenative for some as O2 stores are far more abundant.

Tab just reading through this about the O2 gift cards, and that sounds like a good idea, saying there isnt an apple store in Northern Ireland. Can i wait and see if you can get your hands on them before placing my order on the iphone site. Theres not a certain amount of time you have place the order by after being verified is there?

Sorry for the Hi jack but I too would prefer to get o2 vouchers as that is where I would be getting my I-phone from ?
If 5 refs = $99 voucher, how many refs would it be for a $59 voucher ? (If such a thing exisits) as I want to get the 16g on a $45 pm and need to pay the $59. Would 3 or 4 greens cover it ?

Forgot I'd asked this

Yeah O2 gift cards would be better, although there is now an Apple store in Scotland and I'm not that far away from it, it would be a long trek for anyone up north. Whereas O2 have shops everywhere.

In fact just checking the list, the Glasgow store is the only one in the UK outside of England.
