  | Support? How long before a replyI have raised a support ticket and haven't even had any acknowledgement after 18 hours. How long does it normally take for a reply?

| Re: Support? How long before a replyUsually 2-3 days. I have a support issue they are dealing with right now and they are pretty good - I don't think it's unreasonable to wait over 18 hours!
