question on iphone.giveaway..

Hi, first of all sorry for posting like 3 threads in the spread of 20 mins.
i am just trying to clear everything up before i go ahead and dish out money.
i see i can get a iphone for 5 refs on this site and jailbreak it.
but it seems like every offer you have to be over 18 for?
i was going to do the top gear one but it doesnt accept my card.
as i dont have a maestro or visa etc. only solo.

does anyone have any recomendations.

you do realise that for 5 refs you only get a voucher for carphone warehouse and not the phone?

the new iphone can be jailbroken but iphone.giveaway do not give you a free iphone for 5 refs.
they give you a voucher so you can get the iphone free from carphone warehouse IF you take out a 18mth contract @ £35 mth.
