Giveaway quick question for experienced people :)

I was reading the giveaway terms and conditions and noticed this:

" (j). Any user who has his or her account placed on hold may not create another account on any of the Giveaway websites. All parties residing at the same physical address as a user on hold will be affected by this mandate and thus, may be placed on hold indefinitely. "

Does this mean if you are placed on hold on a giveaway site, say - ipods.giveaway, you then can't create an account and complete xbox360.giveaway without going on hold ?
I'm sure i was told in a support ticket that it was fine to signup to their other sites.

Why does it say in the terms the above then, isn't that saying you can't create a new account tho

thats if you have been put on hold on one particular giveaway site

it may need revising dunno. ask support to get an 100% confirmation.

Its there, but the Giveaway Network wont enforce that term, unless there is good reason to do, so while a user may try a cheeky "playing the system" and do a referral as themselves and do 2 offers, they would get put on hold on the site they did it, but allowed to do other sites, if they did a far worse degree of scamming they could be placed on hold across the whole network of sites.
