Trade Scam ??

Hi, I am new to trading and only ever completed a couple because I have always had a great method.
However I really wanted a iphone 3g so have done a few trades.
I setup a trade with an exceem user and we both agreed to turn green at the same time. I registered on his Kudos link and said I would complete an offer that night he said he would do the same, although he has not even registered on my iphone site.
That night I completed an offer with PaddyPower and played through the required £10. I sent him a message saying I had done so.
The next day he replys saying that since I had not turned green he would not be completing my site until I was green.
I have waited a few days and nothing so I have raised a support ticket with Kudos with screen shots of my offer. I have messaged the user asking if he could complete his offer and suggested I could email him my screen shots of my offer to prove I have completed.
But he is not having any of it and has not even registered on my link!!!!!!
We agreed to complete at the same time and he clearly has not. It is not my fault it has not gone green and I am doing anything I can to get it done.

What can I do. This has been going on for 1 week now, and I needed that green for todays verification.

Ok, Not really sure what to do know, I have posted all the information in the Trade Support section but have had nothing back. That was about 5 days ago. I keep on getting messages from the trader accusing me of not completing my offer and not raising a support offer and refusing to complete/register on my link. However I have offered to email him all the proof as well but he wont give me his email address.
Apparently he talks to Lee from Kudos and is saying I dont have a support ticket open. Even though I clearly have.

When replying, click "go advanced" and then there is a paper clip on the top row, click that and attach your picture.

Not sure why that happened. Maybe it had not loaded correctly. But to save any confusion here it is again.

Hi, has gez18 gone green for you yet? I'm asking because a long time ago, I was trading with some guy outside of exceem and he said he had gone green etc. but obviously hadn't (i.e. trying to trick/scam me.)

Well anyway I emailed the guy and asked him which email address he had signed up with thinking maybe it was a different one to his contact email. The email he told me that he had allegedly used was gez18@hotmail.com, so if it's the same guy he probably is scamming you.

My apologies if this matter has already been cleaned up.
