That sucks, I have just got my brother to send a support ticket in, really hope somethig can be done about this. Its looking increasingly less likely...

Sorry I dont seem to have a PM yet. Also I am really sorry, but this situation is a genuine error, not an attempt at fraud. I only created the thread as I wanted to know people's thoughts about whether accounts can be taken off hold or not. Kind of snowballed!

I must apologise to tab and lisa for my outburst earlier in this thread . After hearing a lot more about these issues it is easier to understand why people have been put on hold, the guy who signed up as my referral should have read the t&c before agreeing to them. I think its a little harsh but then again i dont face the problems giveaway do of having to read all the excuses and try and pick out the frauds. Again my apologies to tab and lisa.
