No response from ticket

Hi Guys .....

I got two tickets outstanding with giveaway network, i used to get responses every couple of days, but the response have dryed up and i have heard nothing since May 27th.

Any ideas, of how else i can contact them , is there a number that i can call ? I have tried to open another ticket but no response from that either.

It could be that they are on holiday... but i thought i would of heard something by now.

Thats wierd,

Giveaway are by no means the fastest to reply, but they do however usually reply in no more than a couple of days.

Perhaps you could try to pm tab on here, and ask him. otherwise i'd just try sending another ticket.

Sorry to sound ignorant , but only recently come across this site , who do i need to PM ? , do they not have a telephone number i can ring.

PMing won't speed anything up; or it's unlikely to, anyway. Best bet is patience.

What is it you're after, anything urgent? How many times have you emailed them so far?

Hi mate cheers for the reply ... i'm all new to this ..

They sent me a freebie by FedEx, but i had a card saying it was left at the back of the house, when i got home it wasn't there.

They were going to send me vouchers / cheque as a replacement , but to this day i haven't recieved them

Is this not something you should be chasing up with FedEx's insurance department then? I may be wrong.

Spoke to Fedex , they said to speak to the sender!!

Giveaway agreed to send me vouchers / cheque which i thought was good enough
