Regarding Tab : Crediting


Dear Tab,
I am starting to get a little frustrated with the Offer Crediting for ‘Love Film’ especially.

Many of my friends have completed offers in the passed and have either not been credited at all (meaning myself and them having to contact support) or been credited late.

I understand that you Credit Offers regularly and the chances are that a few won’t come through or are missed out accidentally however for me it seems to be that around 1 of every 3 of my friends that complete an Offer are credited late or not at all.

My friend completed my last referral and he has now passed the 2-week mark for ‘Love Film’ and is now paying monthly and yet still has not been credited.

I missed out on the last Verification around 1 week ago because my last referral (friends offer) was not credited in time, when I expect it to be because he completed it more than 10 days before the verification.

I have been working on this Gift for a long time now and I have missed out on many verification because of my friends offers not going as expect.

I really don’t want to miss out on the next verification and I would be truly grateful if you could credit my last 1 before the next verification, this Sunday 27th April.

i was just going to post about my lovefilm referrals too. has been over 14 days since they went pending and still not green

put in support ticket but no reply yet

i know how you feel.
my last referral has completed the lovefilm offer weeks ago and its still pending!
i know he did it right cos it was my brother.
its really frustrating cos its my last green needed in order to verify for my first free gift.

I'm also in the same boat, my last 2 referral have both done their offer and neither showing as complete... 1 LoveFilm (18 days since trial started)and 1 Coral. My sister has sent screenshots proving she did the Coral offer but I've not heard back about the LoeVilm offer but only raised the ticket yesterday.

You guys do realise that:

(a) this is essentially a support ticket issue and tab (rightly) won;t even respond to it (or at most will say "raise a ticket")?

(b) Lovefilm is seprate to Giveaway and the delay in crediting is down to them, and there is not a lot Giveaway can do about it?

(c) If there are any tracking issues again these aren't to do with Giveaway but that they will investigate if you send in a ticket so you will get the credit?

Right?

A support issue now why didn't I think of that? Of course I did say in my post that I had 2 support issues for my 2 referrals. I think some of us were posting to say we are having similar problems rather than trying to get Tab's attention.

The opening post said "Dear Tab" indicating it was addressed to Tab. The title of the thread is "Regarding Tab: Crediting", how is this thread not trying to get his attention over a support issue?

The original post is trying to get Tab's attention but none of the other posts are and you addressed your comment to all of us. I merely added my comment to show that it isn't an isolatd problem... just like many of the posts in Exceem. I've raised my support tickets but what is the harm in letting someone know he/she is not the only one having the same issue?

just to clear up,
i had no intention of getting tabs attention.
i did raise a support ticket but was told it had to be raised by my referral.

i think we were just discussing the offer really and maybe just making a point.

I realise that it may be because of 'Love Film' but don't you think that giveaway Network are also responsible for the crediting and should maybe contact 'Love Film' about it?

no, giveaway and lovefilm have no direct relationship, no credit claims can take an absolute age... although I did think they autocredited after 14 days....

strange thing is it is showing as offer completed on my referrals account but is still showing pending on mine.
shouldn't mine have been updated at the same time?

The only thing we do manually is updating the LOVEFiLM pendings, and we do this for a variety of reasons. We have been a little late recently applying the reports, however the reports have also been late in coming in. I am genuinely sorry for the delay. Pendings are up to date as of the 20th April.

This isn't possible. Can you see your referral in your list? If you can you should make a note of the ID and then ask your friend to check his referral ID on his refer friends page. Let me know if they are the same.
