One For Tab to Answer/Explain (hopefully)

Hi,

I'm hoping Tab can read this to help explain the overall situation. I posted a similar question in the General forum before seeing this one so apologies to those reading it twice!!!

I passed out my referral URL and some folk signed up. All emil address except one showed up on my account. I raised a ticket about this and Lisa has replied explaining that sometimes it goes wrong and there is nothing that can be done.

I'm finding the 'nothing can be done' part hard to take since we did things properly and an account on a partner website has been created. I can't understand why the system can't register that the new account can't be linked to the referring account and warn the user that this is the case and stop at that point.

I can appreciate that referrals can't be back dated so is it possible that my sister's account be closed and removed completely so that she can try again? Nobody loses out if we can try again and I'm not trying to bend the rules, I'd simply like my referral since we followed the correct procedure. It can be hard enough to get all the referrals without this happening.

Any feedback would be appreciated thanks.

Does this mean she did not sign up to the same site as you i.e. nextgen.giveaway? Or do you mean one of the offer sites as a partner site?

She created her account using my referral URL and then created an account on one of the offer websites but her email address doesn't show under my account, she isn't a yellow or a green, she is simply not there.
