| Re: How long to wait?Well to be honest I am quite angry about the response from giveaway support! Hi moobsuk, Yes, and we apologise for the delays. However, we advise that any delays beyond the usual pending period (10 working days) should be brought to our attention by the user concerned. To be quite frank TAB it did take 2 support tickets for you to actually answer me, and a few posts here and a PM before you actually bothered to respond to it! and the response is that you expect me to go and mail each person that has completed an offer and ask them to mail you with a support ticket? Surely if other networks can verify the pendings then so should you? or is that asking to much. I find it odd that all 12 of my referrals are still pending! |
