Contact number for giveaway network

Has anyone got a contact number for ipodnanogiveaway? Because i refered my friends and i know they have completed offers on Betfair, yet after 2 weeks and 1 day they still haven't gone green! Has anyone else had this problem?

i have been wating since 2nd of august for a paddypower offer to complete on minimacgiveaway.

1 no credit report and 1 support ticket yet to be answered.

imo try a different site?!

i would but i already have 3 greens, and i know that 3 are to come, but just got to wait for them to come through! which is ridiculous cos every other site i've used have updated almost immediately! Has anyone else had this problem?

if you ask me... they sound quite dodgy. I wonder how many of my 12 yellows have actually completed offers but just haven't been credited. It took longer than the stated 5 days for my BetFair offer to be credited.

Wonder if all the cards are stacked in their favour too... how can you prove that they've been paid by the advertiser for your registration but just haven't credited you with it?

to be fair to giveaway sites,
i did receive an ipodshuffle from them.
it went through fairly smoothly, i had two trades fail, although the people i traded with assure me they completed (they are trustworthy forum users)
so really it seems more like potluck.

well what can we do about it, i think forever filling in tickets isn't going to work, we need to think of a way of taking action, because this is a blatant violation of their terms.

Email support@giveawaynetwork.co.uk I have found them very helpful. My ipod 20gb has just been ordered from vendor, but not without hitch. Think there is a problem with support tickets. I am sure they would respond to a firm but polite email.
