hmmmmm....when I click on account status it says 'offer complete, you have completed you own offer' and below that in box box called your referrals it has an email address (which isn't mine) and says 'status, no offer completed', which I assumed to be someone who has signed up through my referral as i've sent a few out. Sorry if i'm being a bit thick about this.

Anyone shed any light on the matter?

You have completed your offer. The text that says "no offer completed" is for someone that has signed up under your referral link

Thanks. There we go then, that's exactly how my screen looks so my lovefilm offer is complete.
