New Courier...

Hey all,

We have moved to a new courier called ANC, they are part of FedEx and will be renamed FedEx Jan next year. For now though ANC is who you should be expecting to deliver your items. We will no longer be using City Link, so please do not call them asking where your stuff is.

City Link didn't live up to our expectations to say the least.

lol thank god for that, they lost (nicked) my shuffle and my ipod nano twice - got an amazon voucher instead from you.

I think most people will welcome this move

Is it going to be possible in future to be able to release tracking numbers to those awaiting gifts to save all the phoning and panicky posts here? lol

I can certainly look to do this, I figured seeing as it is sent next day, there wouldn't be much useful information in the tracking. It can either be at the depot or out for delivery. (or lost I guess ).

Although never receiving a gift from yourself I have received a fair few parcels from both couriers in the past and ANC is much better than CityLink. I've always had trouble with CityLink so much so that if I know the place will deliver what I want to order via them I will get it elsewhere!

I've never had any problems with city Link, but i know alot of people on here don't like them...So i welcome the change

It basically just means that Tab will be using them from now on instead of Citylink.

Tab did say that the orders are usually "next day" delivery so I wouldnt have thought he'd order them til the day before the delivery date.

I know, i'm just struggling to understand the deviations in this month, with orders usually made on the last thursday and arrive on the last friday

whereas this month it looks like they will be ordered today (from infon on giveaway) and sent out next wendesday

Also had repeated issues with city link fromv arious other websites. We use them to dispatch orders from work, and there are so many claims made its untrue
