| Re: August 31st Delivery (anyone received item yet?)not yet!! i phoned CityLink (the delivery company) as i have to go out soon, but they do have it on board one of there vans!!! it wont get to me before i have to leave mind you but the depot is near to where i work, so i shall pop in and collect it then!!! woop woop!! again, i wish it were possible to have tracking numbers from Giveaway, i know that citylink do have the tracking facility on their site, but hey ho, thats just me being incredibly anal about my PS3!!!!! i phoned the number on the website 08700 007007 and that puts you through to your nearest geographical depot (assuming thats the one it was coming from, mine wasnt and i then got transferred to the correct depot) gave them my postcode and they did a search, found the truck it was on, saw how many drop offs there were before mine and game me an estimated delivery time!!! all very nice and polite! its better to know than just sit by the curtains glancing out every 30sec as i have been!  hope this is useful info! huummmm, pertintent point i feel, and adequately expressed too....  haha, no, its good you havn't abandoned Exceem for the 360, but i do know i will have mine by the end of the day, and besides, i have to go to work soon, so it would just annoy me the fact that it was at home and i was at work. much better not to recieve it til after work, well, better for me, i think! | Re: August 31st Delivery (anyone received item yet?)I tried to register my console, however it says that its out of warranty, and teh manufacturer date is the 22-03-2006. Doesn't my console have a warranty on it? What if I get the rrod that a lot of consoles have been getting? |
