Hi, im a member of 360giveaway, but not done a offer. can i create another account with the same address or delete the account so i can refer someone?

No you cannot create another account regardless if you have done a offer or not. If you want to delete it (the account), I suggest sending a support ticket to them and explain on the ticket. But giveaway are a great network so they will be able to do something as long you have not broke any rules!

if you create another account, you will be put on hold and you wont get any freebie.

You dont need to create another account or delete the one you have. If you want to refer someone, you can do it with the account you have. You can do your offer at a later date.

I can see why someone would want to set up another account if they weren't referred originally but all that will achieve is both accounts going on hold.

Let's go back to the beginning. Westlakey already has an account (let's call it account A) and asked if he could set up another one (call that B) to refer someone.

Articfox20 rightly told him not to set up the second account or both would go on hold and he wouldn't get a freebie.

Nothing complicated so far but the bit that seems to be confusing you:

The account that Westlakey already has is account A and he can refer from that, so why does he need another account (account B)?
